Shipping Policy

Shipping Locations

At this time, we ship exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.

Order Processing

Ready-to-ship orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays)
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Shipping Methods & Delivery

Estimated delivery times after your order has shipped:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (if selected at checkout)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, holidays, or carrier delays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method and destination.

Order Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

If you need to update your shipping information, please contact us immediately. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for shipping delays or lost packages. If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the shipping carrier first. We will gladly assist you if additional support is needed.
